MREIA is proud to have the one and only Peter Fortunato as our guest speaker. Pete has done more creative  real estate transactions than any person alive. He has been through all the recessions, bubbles, tax law changes and government interventions since the 1960's and prospered. 

Pete is also the most unique and creative investor MREIA President, Dave Corsi, have ever met. This opinion is shared by the elite real estate teachers in the country, people such as John Schaub, Dykes Boddiford, John Hyre, David Tilney, Vena Jones Cox to name a few. His unique perspective and personal character is why so many of us have for decades, continued to attend Pete's classes.
