Are You Going Back to School? MREIA’s Investor School that is. For 2024, on the first Thursday of the month we will be going over the basics and the fundamentals of real estate investing.

Free for MREIA members.

This is not your typical beginner class. While it is designed to get “newbies” up and running, it is a great refresher course for all our MREIA members.

February’s class will be a dive into the Rights and Benefits real estate offers from the creative perspective, the different ways one can invest in real estate and types of properties available.

Questions are not only encouraged but are REQUIRED!
The best way to learn and really understand a subject is to……..
a) be able to articulate your objective.
b) make sure it is “doable”.
c) structure a gameplan.
d) implement / adjust/ be flexible and implement. (This never stops.)
